Mylène's journey at Neopharm, starting as a Microbiology lab analyst in 2010, showcases her remarkable growth and potential. With a keen focus on clients, she has mastered various analyses, expanded her role in Quality for 6 years, and excels in improving quality processes.

Throughout her career, Mylène has showcased her mastery of a wide range of analyses, including antibiotic assays, sterile room sterility tests, Antimicrobial Effectiveness Testing, and routine micro limit tests. 

With a relentless focus on delivering results and exceptional client service, Mylène has broadened her expertise within the Quality department, where she has been thriving for the past 6 years. Her profound understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and her proficiency in enhancing quality processes have been pivotal to Neopharm's success.

Mylène holds a Master of Science degree in Virology/Immunology from the Institut National de Recherche Scientifique (INRS). Her research work delved into the potential involvement of coronaviruses in the onset of Multiple Sclerosis, showcasing her dedication to advancing scientific knowledge in the field.
