This new acquisition is the latest in a series that began in 2016 with the acquisition of Averica Discovery, a Greater Boston-based contract research organization specializing in early phase studies and analytical method development, which enabled Neopharm Labs to expand its geographic reach in the U.S. and, in doing so, pursue its growth strategy and further diversify its services in the region.
