Josée Bilodeau

Josée is the driving force behind Neopharm's information technology platform and metrology, managing the IT teams and internal and external metrology.

She has over 25 years of experience as an IT Director, including 11 years as North American IT Manager for GlaxoSmithKline Vaccines, where she gained in-depth knowledge of LIMS systems, ERPs, GMP and GAMP5 standards and requirements.

Josée leads and participates in corporate initiatives such as security, technology infrastructure, risk and compliance, data integrity, issue tracking management and disaster recovery, and implementation, validation, qualification and maintenance of enterprise applications and instruments.

Josée is very creative and has a passion for scrapbooking.
